OBITUARY

Franklin, NJ: Michael Peter Suchdolski, 58 years old, died unexpectedly on Sunday, May 29, 2016. Born in Jersey City, NJ on February 9, 1958 he was the son of the late Stanley and Eleanor Suchdolski.

Mike was a member of the Jersey City Fire Department for almost 34 years attaining the rank of Captain. During his career he earned numerous awards even though he felt, "It was just part of my job." He was a member of the Sgt. Francis M. Glynn American Legion Post # 132 in Franklin, NJ and was an avid golfer accomplishing 3 “Hole in Ones.” He also took great joy in expanding his knowledge watching Jeopardy.

Mike is survived by his beloved wife Nancy (Swiss) of Hardyston, NJ, son Michael R. Suchdolski of Lafayette Twp., NJ, daughter Rachel Suchdolski of Hamburg, NJ and granddaughter Jeweliauna Matta. He was the brother of Thomas Suchdolski of Jersey City, NJ. and predeceased by his brother, Stanley Suchdolski.

The family will receive their friends at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-9 PM. Funeral service will be at the funeral home on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 10 AM. Interment to follow at North Hardyston Cemetery, Hardyston Twp., NJ.
