Obituary for Marie Louise VanTassel
Wantage Twp: Marie Louise VanTassel, 81 died Tuesday January 10, 2017 at her home in Wantage. Mrs. VanTassel was born in Newton June 8, 1935. She had resided in Franklin for 18 years before moving to Wantage Twp. in 1986.
Mrs. VanTassel was a Supervisor for Morley Shirt Co. in Franklin where she had worked for 45 years. She was an avid Bingo Player and enjoyed going to the casinos.
Mrs. VanTassel is survived by her husband of 65 years, William VanTassel Sr.; children, Donna Ross of Sandyston Twp, William VanTassel Jr. of Wantage Twp. and Karen Lawrence of Pike County, Pennsylvania; 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday January 14, 2017 at 11:00AM at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home One Main St. Franklin. Private cremation will follow. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society 7 Ridgedale Ave. Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927.
