Franklin; Scott Benjamin Talmadge, 49, passed away on Friday August 10, 2018 at the Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, NJ. Scott was born on October 21, 1968 in Sussex, NJ to Charles W. and Evelyn (nee Babcock) Talmadge Sr. Scott was a lifelong resident of Franklin.

Scott was a Computer Technician for Novartis in East Hanover for 20 years. Scott was an avid NASCAR fan loved to travel and was a computer wizard.

Scott is survived by his parents, Charles W. and Evelyn Talmadge Sr. of Franklin, his brothers, Charles Talmadge Jr. and his wife Crystal of Franklin, Douglas Talmadge and his wife Sally of Cheyenne, WY, and his sister, Kathy Hennion of Montague, uncle to Charles Talmadge III and his wife Sandra, Julie Snyder and her husband Thomas and Courtney Talmadge, great uncle to Landen, TJ and Carson and his many aunts and uncle and cousins.
